Most virgin and double-drawn textures can take darker dye and moderate heat. Always strand-test first. Pre-colored pieces (like champagne or ash piano) should not be lightened further.

Unused, unopened items may be returned per our refund policy within the stated window. Opened or worn hair is final sale unless covered by the quality guarantee.
